Recycle Reuse Reduce ...... voila!!!

A huge pile of printout papers were getting stacked on my work desk. Not wanting to throw them all away i decided to recycle them for a good purpose. Finally, on an afternoon i converted all these papers into paper clay, painted them ,and transformed them into earrings and pendants!
in the end, i couldn't believe what i was seeing! voila!!!:)

Appetizingly elegant

when i went shopping for the beads i fell in love with this particular bead. I couldn't decide what exact colour it was but it sure did increase my appetite because the colour ranged between cranberry pink when held against the light and in the shade it looked like bright pomegranate red. as i kept admiring the bead , i had already visualized the finished product in my mind and how it had to look.

My Felt earrings- warm and wonderful!

The entire last week it was gloomy and i missed sunshine more than anything else i could think of. Temperature was dropping down low and the chilly weather blanketed me through out the day. having nothing to do in the afternoon plus the freezing weather inspired me to make something warm and wonderful, simple and graceful , cozy and cute. Walked into my studio, opened my craft cupboard, pulled out the wool packet and started making some felt balls. Once it was done i decided to put them to the best use i could think of and in the end i was glad i made these.
Love everything about this earring. its warm yellowish orange colour, the way it dangles (how graceful!), and most of all how light weight. :)
